Hello first things first are your fork tubes inner scratched or dented?
If not take it to a motorcycle mechanic and have them inspected let the mechanic install a new set if finds there are no damage to the inner fork tubes or dee scratches to the outer fork tubes inner sealing area some times people use a screw driver to pry out the old seal and do not pay attention that they gouged a grove on the inner part sealing area.

How do i oil my front shock on the yamaha 180 scooter?

You don't oil your shock. The oil can be renewed. You have to remove both fork legs from you scooter.
Remove the top cap of each, turn them upside down and pump them dry.
you can find how much oil and which oil grades goes into them. It will be either an air gap measurement or an oil capacity.
if you fork leaked, replace the stanchion seals as we'll.
i wouldn't bother doing it if it doesn't give you trouble. Scooter forks can achieve high mileage without any oil change.
the only time I replace fork oil on any daily ride bike, is when they leaked and the seals are shot.

I have been searching for the correct service manual but cannot find one for free. Its a basic job regardless of the type of bike or the year. Technology has changed for the newer models of all bikes but for most the same basic principals apply.
Iknow that this is not an "answer" in part or full but please follow the link.

How do change forkseals on an 1983 honda mangna

The fork tube needs to be removed from the motorcycle. Wheel, fender, pinch bolts on triple tree released and the tube slide out of the clamps. The fork has a drain bolt at the bottom, set it in a drain pan and with the screw removed pump the fork till the oill is out. Measure how much as you need to put the right amount of new oil in when your done. If the one your doing was a leakers you needto drain the other one anyway as the oil needs to be new and the same as the other so measure it. Fork oil is better than trans fluild as it is a little different. trans fluild will work. once the fluild is under control theres an allem bolt going in from the bottom of the fork, The dust cap abovre the seal just pulls off and if it's good you can use it over, some seals have a snap ring holding the seal in so look for it, once out or it's not there you can pull the fork tube out in a hammering action against the seal till it comes out ( it'll take a few strog hits.) with the sael out wipe out everthing and don't let the parts get out of order. If you do go to bike bandit . com and look up your bike and the break down of the fork will show the order. You can buy from them as well most parts are shipped out of San deigo Calif. I get them in Kentucky in a few days. Push the new seal in after the allen bolt in the bottom has been tightened, a small drift and a hammer working around till it's all the ay in. add new fork oil though the top air valve or take the big nut off measureing the amount that you recorded some use 6 oz some use 12 and everything inbetween. the books can mess you up as the fork may be off something else. reassemble and tighten carefully all the bolts you lossened or removed. ( all of them) work up and down with the front brake on rocking if if feels good it is , go riding.

How to replace front fork seals

If the fork seals have a slight leak, try this.Get some camera film negative.Cut the notches off the side and trim the top to 45%.Slide this up and into the forkseal using a sawing motion.Go all the way around the seal 2 or 3 times. If there is **** caught up in the seals, you will feel it and when you pull the 'tape' down the **** comes with it.I use this a lot.If the forks are pouring oil out, yes. It needs more work.If this helps.Great.Keep the dukes on the road.:)

Yamaha xj600 pre diversion forkseals

You will probably need the workshop manual. Im not too sure but you may need a special tool to remove the stanchion from the lower fork leg. Im doing VFR forks at the moment and was able to use a combination of hex spark plug spanner and sockets to insert into the leg to hold the inner slider and open the nut at the bottom of the leg. Once it was out you just need to give it a few tugs to separate the two tubes and remove the seal.
Here is your manual i think. Good luck.
