Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
You have to change your firmware. the official firmware from sony is also known as "OFW" and if you have that you will not be able to play downloaded games. so what you have to do is install a custom firm ware also know as "CFW" if you are not tech savy at all it could get complicated. you'll need a pandora battery -- which is a regular battery thats been opened and altered. you could search youtube on how to make a pandora battery and how to install cfw on psp.
