Question about Maytag SDG4606A Gas Dryer
On the gas dryer, the heat only comes on for about 10 minutes, goes off, and will not come back on for about 20-30 minutes after dryer is turned off. After the initial heating for the 10 minutes, the igniter does try to restart the flame, but there is no gas to light. I replaced the igniter as was suggested by someone on here. It is still doing the same thing.
Could it be a high limit or something like that.
Check the venting tube. It maybe clogged full of lint somewhere inside of it. If so the moister contro sensor will shut off the burner within due time such as yours
