Question about Dell Inspiron 530 Desktop Computer
I can't find get the website on my computer. I don't know why. It is microsoft Works 9. It has completele wiped out of my computer. I have tried to reinstall it, but the disk won't do it. It says that it is only for new computers, and I really don't think that I need a new one. It was working fine untill I boughrt a new printer and ran the disk to install it. It is an Epspm stu;is MX410 Series. Can you help me?
I would try to boot it in to safe mode by restarting pc and on restart continuisly tap F8 key until it gives you advanced start up options and choose safe mode and if it does allow you to get in to safe mode just remove the latest software that was installed before problem. IF this does not work you can use your cd as recovery but it is very involved. You can try and follow prompt after you boot in to cd but i would recommend to try and reinstall windows but just be aware that you will loose all the info on it. Hope this gives you some ideas.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
