Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
First, start with power cycling the printer. Disconnect the printer from the wall socket and from the computer. Leave it disconnected for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
Next, try to restart the "Print Spooler". Here's how:
Start > Run > type "services.msc" (without quotes) > Enter.
The services window will appear. Locate the "Print Spooler" and click it once. Once it's highlighted, click the "Stop the service" and then click "Restart the service" (located on the upper left-hand side).
If that did not work, try to uninstall and re-install the printer driver.
Thank you and good luck!

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
