SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: need to wire a honeywell RTH7400D thermostat to 3 wire hot water

Just mark the old wires on the old thermnostat...R , W etc...and put them on the same terminals on the new 1.....also there should be some adjustment ire : switch on the back or under the cover to adjust for Hot water heating or electric heat...either is the setting you should have it on....also you shouldn't setback the thermostat at night or when away very much....2 degrees is fine , as the boiler will run along time to raise the temperature in the morning and may not get there by the set time

I have recently brought my hous3 and have a Honeywell ST9400S. It says it needs a code as a service is due but this was done the week before I moved in. How do I find the code to override this.

Here's a link to the manual. You'll probably need it for future and current issues.
https://www.google.com/search?q=Honeywell+ST9400S+manual&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-ab
Resetting the Service Timer Function
If the Service Timer function is enabled you will be required to reset it after the boiler service has been carried out.
The process for resetting the Service Timer is as follows:
a. Enter Installer Modes (as described on page 3 see manual) and navigate to SET SERVICE mode. In response to the query 'SET SERVICE OK ?' press the button to enter SET SERVICE mode.
b. If you no longer require the Service Timer, disable it by setting parameter AL to 0 and confirm with the button.
c. If you still require the Service Timer, set the number of days until the next service is due using parameter d and confirm with the button.
d. Whilst in SET SERVICE mode, use the opportunity to change any other service parameters if required.
e. Exit by moving the slider to the next position and back again to RUN
My suggestion is to download the manual and print a hard copy to have when you begin the reset process.
I know i'd need it! :)
Cheers

I have a honeywell st6100s, i have just had it serviced, but it still flashes up service due and reads off and the timer can not be set

Normal 0 This unit can be reset, just a little complicated thats all.
Firstly, move slider to 'set program'. Then, on the left of the unit are two buttons, 'override' & 'extra hour'. Press and hold both together 'till 'inst' shows on the panel ( about 5 seconds ).
Then ( lots of fingers required! ) press and hold the two buttons mentioned above, along with '-' '+' & 'next on/off ( total of five buttons! ) until the user menu flashes up.
Now scroll to AL, which is probably showing a value of '1', this wants to be changed to '0' to turn off the 'service due' warning. To save this value, press and hold the first two buttons once more and then simply move slider back to 'run program'.
Job Done!!!
I hope this helps. It should certainly remove the annoyance of having to phone your housing association and then sit around waiting for them to show!!
