Hello,

Have you check all connection to see if they are all intact and in good position, if yes, no problem.

I believe the power led button is still on while the screen is black, if yes, it means the picture board of your monitor is bad that is why it is black.

Since the power led button is on, It means the picture board on your monitor is faulty that is why it is black.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer or any service center within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself in other to complicate issues.

but if u r not able to see safe mode and other menu check in back side of laptop and refix your RAM

try a live cd and if it doeasn't work on it then ur screeen is dead.

Laptop switches off and doesn't switch on again.


your battery has become weak. you need to change the battery. If the issue persist, you need to service your laptop.
