Question about Acer Aspire One Netbook 8.9" Notebook
It depends what you mean by resetting ..if you only want to reset the bios settings just go to bios by pressing f2 on start and after that choose from the menu the optimal factory defaults and save changes by pressing the F10..
this will reset the bios to default s..
If you are talking about cleaning the Hdd you need an installation CD bootable and you need to install it clean and format the hdd ...or at least the C partition cause the others you can format from windows by right click on the partition and choose format ..if it do not contain any sensitive windows or back-up data it wil;l format like a charm ...but for the C partition where the windows is present ..you have to reinstall and format during it ..
the best way is to save all data in the other partition..(D:drive) and install the windows..in C with formating it during ...than move the stuf you really need and saved in D ..into teh C partition and format the D as well..
good luck ..and do not forget to rate ..
