1/1*2+1/2*4+1/2*4*6

According to the operation priority rules
1/1*2=1*2=2
1/2*4=(1/2)*4=2
1/2*4*6=(1/2)*4*6=12
The result is 2+2+12=16
If you have a series with increasing denominators then you should use parentheses to force the calculator to do as you intended.
1/2+1/(2*4)+1/(2*4*6)
or 1/2 +1/2/4 +1/2/4/6=31/48 or 0.645833333.....3

I can't get rid of the zero in front of the minus, add, multiply and devide sign. how do i get rid of it?

Are you entering any number before pressing the minus, add, multiply, or divide key? Those operations require two numbers; if you don't supply the first one then the calculator will supply the previous answer, which was zero.

For example, to add 2 and 3, press 2 + 3 = and you'll see 5. Now to add 4 to that, press + and the calculator will automatically supply the 5. Press 4 = and you'll see 9.

I lost my decimal point

You need to be in add mode, and have 2 decimal places selected for the result.
To change to add mode, make sure the 'K . A' switch is in the 'A' position. To get 2 decimal places in the answer, move the selector in the 'F 6 3 2 1 0' switch to the '2' position.

You can see the above described at

this Sharp.com page which shows the users manual. The manual shows examples.
