Question about Frigidaire 24 in. PLD3460 Built-in Dishwasher
Thanks for using FixYa. You are right; these Frigidaire models have had some issues with both the control board and control panel assemblies. The best thing that should be done is to order both of them instead of just replacing one of them. Another way to avoid spending $$ on this every year would be to try and take life time warranty from any of the parts site. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Tips for a great answer:
Good Afternoon Sammy, thank you for your inquiry!
Based off the information you have provided you would like to reset your Frigidaire dishwasher because it is flashing "ER". The best way to reset your dishwasher is to flip the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If you continue to receive the "ER" code it could be a possible problem with your main control board or keypad. I hope this is helpful information. -Matt

Good Afternoon Delia Collins, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire dishwasher is flashing an "ER" error code on the panel. Typically, the "ER" stands for an error code sometimes to help clear out a false error code you can perform a reset on your dishwasher. In order to do that you would need to disconnect power from your dishwasher for approximately ten minutes.
If you continue to experience an issue with the error code I would recommend contacting a technician for proper repairs. The technician will be able to properly diagnosis your dishwasher and this will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Good Morning Jimpat Holmes, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that you are having an error code "ER" displayed on the panel of your Frigidaire dishwasher. Normally, "ER" stands for error code and that can be a miscommunication within the board. I would perform a reset on your dishwasher and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dishwasher for ten minutes. If you continue to receive an error code you could be experiencing an issue within the control panel or faulty wiring harness. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

"Er Clean S" is a common error with Frigidaire which means
shorted keypad. The issue is with the touchpad/keypad that should be replaced.
However, before replacing the keypad you can unplug it and take it apart
completely and use a hair dryer to blow some warm air on the keypad assembly to
blow the moisture off. Hope this helps...please post back for further
