Re: printing line on the right side of paper
I am unsure of one thing in this post, Is the new toner cartridge still spilling out ink and developer?
Now, from there, you need to get a vacuum with a crevice tool and vacuum the inside of the machine very well. There are ridges and stablizer brackets formed into the frame that the toner and developer fall into and sift out onto the paper.
If your cartridge is still dumping the developer and ink from the same end, I highly suspect the machine is not level from front to back and as the machine runs the toner and developer are moving to that end of the cartridge. Once that happens that cartridge will spill the contents out into the machine.
A thorough cleaning is needed, and even at that, it may take some time for all of the contamination to run itself out. It is difficult to remove all of it.

the problem is in fuser or in toner cartidge.
print a page when the printer start to pull the paper more than a half page stop the printing by open the door
remove the toner and look the paper
if you see the line the problem is from toner replace toner cartidge if you see the image ok means the problem begins when the paper go into the fuser so replace fuser.
Hi there. There could be up to three things causing the the lines on your print outs.
1. Toner Cartridge is going bad.
2. Toner drum could be going bad.
3. Your fuser could be going bad.
The one way to test this is to start a print out and as it starts going open the front cover to where your toner cartridge goes in. This will stop the print in its tracks. You might need to do this a couple times to catch the paper in the right area. Pull out the toner cartridge and see if the lines are showing up there. Remove the paper, but be careful though the toner has not been fused to the paper yet and you can get it on your or your clothes. If the lines are showing up then your best bet is to replace the toner cartridge. But if they don't show up then it could be the drum or fuser. Most laser printers have a drum built into the toner cartridge, but there are some with separate drums. The Toner cartridge is the most common cause. Its very rare for a fuser to cause lines but they can go bad and cause a build up on the fuser of toner.
Check the print document to see if the ink rub of easily,if so this mean the fuser cartridge need to be change.Turn off the printer and wait until it is cool before changing the fuser cartridge because the fuser get very hot when ever the printer is in use.
Open the fuser cartridge door. On most printers this door will be either on the left-hand side of the printer or in the back. Consult your owner's manual for the exact location. Flip down the clips that hold the cartridge in place, then grasp the handle and pull it out of the printer. Push the new fuser cartridge in until it snaps into place, then flip the clips up to lock it in place. Close the fuser cover door. Open the toner cartridge door and remove the toner cartridge. On most laser printers the toner cartridge is located either in the front of the printer or on the right-hand side. Vacuum underneath the toner cartridge to remove all paper dust and toner residue. This debris has a tendency to build up and cause streaks and stains on the paper. Wipe the interior of the printer with a soft cloth to remove any remaining debris that could cause problems with print quality. Continue cleaning the printer until all debris is removed. Purchase a set of laser printer cleaning sheets, and load one or two in the paper tray. Print to those sheets of paper to clean the paper path. These sheets are slightly sticky, and they are designed to remove dirt and debris from the paper path. You should also clean the print drum and the corona wires.
Easiest step to do would be replace your toner.
Next Step is 1/2 self test page. This means start a print job and
after the paper is picked up open the toner cartridge door and cause a
jam. The paper that you see after you remove the toner will show the
current print. If the mark is seen on the paper there then it is the
toner cart. If you dont see it on the paper then it is most likely
your fuser causing the issue.
the faint grey line is probably from teh fuser belt being worn you can check this by going to rear of printer open up door and look at the surface of the fusing roller it probably has a build up of toner or worn belt thais makes the lines sometimes.. if the fuser is clean you need to open up the side door and look at the drum and transfer belt sections.. Good Luck
inside the printer on the paper pulling roller there will be some powder got collected on it due to this a black line appears on the paper.the power faLLS FROM THE TONER WHEN THE WASTE POWDER COLLECTING SECTION IN THE TONER GETS FULL SO IT FALLS on the roller while printing and this happens.take a air blower .bolw in to all the parts of the printer.keep the printer off .remove the toner cartridge.and keep the toner assessing door opened.and then blow the air in the printer.and then check out.
open the front door and wipe it off with a paper towel
slighty close the door until it opens the toner cartridges verify each cartridge is clean. If this is not the issue remove paper feeder from under the printer and verify it is clean also.
