What is the wrench size i need to tighten handle bars on a jeep FT 4,0 boys bike

There are nuts or allen bolts for both the stem and the bars. They are almost certainly a metric size, but hard to say what unless one has the same bike. My guess would be a 12mm hex, plus or minus, or a 6mm allen, again plus or minus. Get a metric hex/allen set and see what fits.

I have a flat on my 1999 land rover discover now that I have all my tools and jack I can't get the lug covers off because I dont have the factory tool kit any suggestions?

wheel nuts are sizes are the same regardless. The sizes will be either SAE --metric --Asian or metric --Europe . So all you need is a flat bladed screw driver -to remove wheel covers and the socket that fits the nut and a strong bar about 24 " long. Being land rover and made by BMW the nuts will be europe metric the sizes will be the odd sizes of 16-18-20 mm

What size allen wrench for brake calipers on 2001 Dodge Dakota 2WD 3.9L and what size is the nut holding the rotor on? Standard or Metric?

a 7 mm hex head wrench for the caliper bolts. the nut that holds the bearings in place is usually a 1 inch or 1 1/16 inch, but a pair of pliers should be enough to take the nut off after the cotter pin is removed. when you put the nut back on DO NOT over tighten it or you will damage the wheel bearings.

I own a 2002 jaguar x-type and i need to know the lug nut or wheel nut size

I believe the size is the measurement from any of the flat sides of the lug nut across to a flat side directly across from it. So to make it easy to measure, just remove one, and I assume it would be measured as metric. An easier way would be what size metric socket fits the lug nuts? That would be the nut size.
