Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
You may be experiencing a situation known as "siphoning". This is caused by the drain hose not being high enough off the floor, or not having a proper air gap at the standpipe in order to drain properly. This creates a suction and the washer will constantly drain (siphon) as it tries to fill. The following link explains:
