Question about Belkin (F5D7230-4) Router (587009)
Make sure that your computer is able to go online through the modem.
If your computer is not able to go online through the modem then you will need to call ISP first.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem
then you need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

Please follow the steps
1. Switch your computer and any devices on the network off
2. Please unplug the Router from mains for good 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
3. Wait for all the lights to come up green and switch you computer/computers.
