SOURCE: how to delete a picture from a digital photo frame

Using the USB cable you can connect to your computer and change the photos or delete the ones you no longer want.

Plug the USB into your computer - If you don't see the pop up message letting you do this, Go to my computer and check the photo frame appears as a new device.

SOURCE: Philips 9FF2M4 9-inch Digital Photo Frame

Hopefully you can just download the instructions using this link (http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/9/9ff2m4_37/9ff2m4_37_swm_eng.pdf).
If that doesn't work for some reason, go to the Phillips support site below:

SOURCE: Hi, I purchased 3 Coby digital

Good day,

I read up on the specs of the frame and it does not have an internal memory, thus you will have to have the sd card inserted at all times to display photos.

Hope this helps!

SOURCE: i just bought a digital

I'm pretty sure this means that you have filled up the internal memory on the picture frame.
I just bought my sister a photoframe for Christmas (made by Phillips) and we got the same message. Not the most precise wording on the error message, but we tried deleting a few photos and the error went away. Then I checked the internal memory of the frame, and it is only 128M, which is not alot of photos.
I think the solution will be to buy a USB memory stick to leave in the frame. For about $10 you can get a 4G USB memory stick, which is about 32 times the space of the internal memory, at least if you have a similar model as we do.

I have a SPF3410/G7 Digital Photo Frame and have 210 pictures on a 4 GB memory card in it and it keeps stopping on picture # 80. Why is this? We have deleted all pictures on the internal memory.

I have one of these. Got it for Christmas. It worked all the way to February. Nothing but the Philips logo now. Wont boot. JUNK. Never buy that brand again!

I can't get my DP702 digital frame to save my pictures from my camera. Can you tell me how to do it ... ty

The DP702 frame only takes 14 pictures saved to the slideshow file. Install a memory card/device, then plug in the usb cable, electronic store carry it for 7 or 8 dollars. It's too bad, it doesn't come with the frame. Choose the photo you want saved, and press the save button on the remote to save the photo to the slideshow, if you press it again while you're on the same frame, I think it will delete that photo. I hope that helps.

Have model D830. attempted to download pictures from Canon 40D

I would download the latest software from their website by clicking here.

Also, Make sure that the pictures you're loading into the frame are not massively huge. I'm not sure if there is a size limit but what you can do it open up the pictures you're trying to put in in Microsoft Paint and then select the Image menu then Stretch/Skew and select 50% for both the horrizontal and vertical and then save or save as. Try using a generic file type as well JPG from the drop down. If none of this works then you're frame may be defective.

Cannot load pictures onto SmartParts Digital frame

You can't see pictures on the frame while it's connected to the computer. The frame is supposed to say, "PC Connection established..." If you go to My computer and look for your frame as a removable device, you can open it and view the internal memory of the frame. You can see all the pictures on the frame and delete them if you wish.

Downloading pictures from pc to photoframe

First install the application which you receive with the picture frame on your computer. Connect the frame with your computer by using the USB cable. Once you have connected the frame, you will be able to see an additional drive in "My Computer". Just copy the pictures from your computer and save them in that new folder.

In some software, which come with the digital frames will create a program by themselves after the installation. In these case, you need to open the program and then connect the photo frame to the computer. After connecting, you will see that the frame will synchronize with the computer and you will see that the program which you have already opened will show you the drive of the frame, where you can just transfer the pictures from your PC to the frame.

Was given digital picture frame . have no cd manual. haS 22 PICTURES ON IT .CAN I PUT MORE? MODEL NO. 7FF1

It depends on how big the existing pictures are. It has a 14MB internal memory, but it says about 12MB for storage. You can buy memory card to insert into the frame but it will not display internal memory once you insert a new memory card. If you bought a 512MB card, you could put hundreds to thousands of pictures in JPG format. You can hook the frame to your computer or directly to a digital camera. From the computer it takes a few seconds to convert the pictures. The frame will show up on your PC as a mass storage device and you will be able to delete photos as well.

I hope this helps
