You cannot without fooling the "water out" sensor... to do that you need to make sure the float is up... and even then... you really would have to take the bottom metal pan off... and remove the plastic hose from the bottom of the heater... you will NOT get 100% of the water out... so if you need to ship... you also should stuff paper towel where the K-CUP holder is... snap out the kcup holder and stuff paper tower in there...as there is water in the plastic hose lines in the unit... enough to make a mess...

Our Keurig Select B77 brewer turns itself off after less than a minute of being on. "Menu" is not appearing at bottom of display screen (can't check auto on/off function -- although we never did "set...

These brewers (B77, usually from Costco) are defective & Keurig is replacing them with new units @ no cost. Just call the toll free # (866-901-2739) & they will ship out a replacement in 3 to 10 business days. I own (2) of these & they have both been replaced.

My coffeemaker stops sucking in water and it shuts down even though it has full water in the resevoir.Sometimes in the middle of brewing a cup of coffee it will indicate not ready and stop or shut down.
