Hey, my Sony NWA3000 aint workin. i clicked "erase disk" from da settings, and, when i plugged in the player to sonic stage, da bloody software started updating my player, which erased all the songs(about 2,000 songs) from my player! so now if i switch it on it tells me to connect compliant software ad transfer songs can someone please help me, tell me what to do with it. should i change the software coz i have sonic stage 4.3 or is there any way to fix the damn thing. u can e-mail me toscareh@gmail.com with solution.

How can i transfer songs from my old ipod to my new ipod touch 4th generation?

Hi,

You can transfer the songs from the old iPod to the new iPod using the iTunes Software installed in the Computer. It is required to connect the old iPod to the Computer and sync the songs to the iTunes Software. Select the Sync iPod option from the File Menu. Once you sync the songs from the old iPod you can connect the new iPod and Sync again to transfer the songs from the iTunes.

Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Cannot play says please connect to compliant software and update license information

Hi,

This issue may occur if the license for the track you are trying to play has expired on the device. If you currently subscribe to a music subscription service, connect the device and sign into the account to refresh your license to allow for playback. You may need to do this once during each billing period to listen to the subscription music you have transferred. If you are no longer a subscriber to the service where you downloaded the file from, you can delete the song from your portable player to prevent this error from occurring each time you try to play the song back.
If the issue happens with all the songs in the Player, format the Player and transfer the songs again using the Software or by dragging using the Windows Explorer.
