Question about Sony XM-475GSX Car Audio Amplifier

Sony XM-475GSX This amp was working fine for approx. 2 weeks and now it is cutting in and out at all volumes. I used 4 gauge on both ground and positive. Any thoughts?

Try to change your ground location and or try a ground isolater loop

yes bot if the woofer is 500 watt don't make to loud you will blow the woofer of.

1000 w sony xplode works at low volume then red lights at volume5


Most likely one of your subs are blown, or the Ohm's are too low for the ampliphier. Try hooking up one speaker at a time to the amp and see if it does the same thing. If it shuts off on one of the two speakers, that speaker is most likely blown.

Sony Xplod 1000W workign strangely


need a bigger gauge hot wire going to your amp ,maybe a battery cap. amp isnt getting enough power to perform so it cuting out.

Amp cuts out


Check your ground wire that's more than likely the problem.Try grounding it in a different spot make sure your ground is a paint and dirt free surface also make sure its directly metal to metal.
