Have you checked the battery.. are there any lights indicating, also ensure that its drivers haven't corrupted.

What operating system are you running? but incase its, vista, go to Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Devices and Printers, and ensure that it appears in the panel, should be labeled "Nano Cordless Mouse."

Otherwise, from device manager, check device properties and update driver

Hi! Its plug n play right? No installer needed to correct this one. Sad to say that this things are disposable. And yet we dont know how long is their life span. Can last years but can die tomorrow not unless covered by warranty that we can ask for replacement. HOpe this helps and have a good one!

1) Try to download and install a free driver updater software, e.g. http://www.innovative-sol.com/drivermax/index.htm - let it scan and update all your missing drivers - it may fix USB general problems if this causes also the mouse problems.
2) If it doesn't help - then there might be problem with the laser beam of your mouse (check the laser beam while the mouse is still moving, and then compare it with the beam when the mouse has stopped moving, maybe the laser beam is out). In this situation - bring it to the warranty repair service or ask for replacement from your seller.

My mouse works when it wants to.

It could be interference or distance from the receiver.
Try moving the receiver. Regular wireless mice can become unstable even at short distances.

Wireless mouse stopped working.

Unplug the wireless receiver from the back of the computer. Wait 10 seconds and replug back in. Check connectivity. If nothing then check batteries in mouse, if still nothing try click the Connect button on the wireless receiever and then underneath the keyboard...repaet the process for the mouse. You should get something on the screen stating the channel 1 is for the keyboard and channel 2 is for the mouse. Hope this helps! - Erick :-)

Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 doesn't work

Hi
If you take the batteries out there is a screw in there. unscrew and open (not easy) with flat knife in the edges wiggling.
attach and touch all the inside wires. I have had the same problem and it is an internal connector problem. Opening and closing aint easy and will take a little patience but it will work.
Good luck
