Hi kemisha, to get to the "Safe Mode" program.
You have to "retstart the computer."
Once you "hear to computer - Hard Drive {Hum}, and the "Fan" spinning!"
"This is the (Time you want to 'press the
F8 button) several times quickly.
"It is important to do this before the "
Prompt Screen" show up.
The {Prompt Screen} gives you the 'option' to go to the BIOS / CMOS setup.
The 'message at the bottom of the screen will read:
Press F2... or Press F12... for?
"Press the
[F8] before this 'screen' appear!"
If you do this; the "window below will be 'present."
"Use the {
Arrow Keys} to move, and "
hightlight" the [Advance Options].
Once you have selected the "Safe Mode" option;
press the
"Enter" tab.
Now, the computer will "Boot into Safe Mode!"

It seems that your OS has some problem by a hardware issue or may be a driver/software issue. A blue screen hsa many reason. So when there is blue screen error please note down the error codes at the end of that page and mention here. error codes are generally like: Stop 0x0000001a (0x003201b, 0x000af001b, 0x00fd001b, 0x000503c) the codes in the bracket are variables. So only writes the code after the word Stop. Then I'll find out the real cause of your problem. Also mention your system configuration and installed softwares.
