Question about Razor E100 Electric Scooter by
Its out of charge or its been used to much.
my advice put oil on the weel's and see if it will work

Have you tried to push the scooter like a normal non-electric scooter then while moving twisting the throttle? If not, then i dont know what to tell you except to get a new one.
