I cant set a photo to my desktop

  1. Find a photo you'd like to use as your computer's wallpaper. (The wallpaper is the background you see on the main screen where your icons are). You can use any photo you have saved or downloaded in your photo folder.

  2. Open your "MY PICTURES" (or wherever you have your photos stored) and find the picture you want to use.
  3. Right click on your chosen photo and then select "Set as Desktop Background" from the pop up menu. This should automatically change your desktop wallpaper to your photo.
  4. Customize the look of the photo by going into your Control Panel and then Appearance & Themes, followed by Change the Desktop Background.
  5. Choose how you want the photo displayed. You can either tile the photo, which means it will repeat the same photo several times. You can Center the photo which will have the photo appear only one time in the center of your screen. You can then also change the border color to compliment your picture. If you select the stretch option it will stretch the photo to cover your entire screen

I think it's not an issue with your monitor. Try to set your monitor Resolution to 1600x900. If the resolution is not available then try download the latest graphics card driver from your manufacturer's website for your operating system.

I just purchased a vizio 32' LED RAZOR The picture flickers.. I have had my dish network technician out to check and everything is fine...he says it is the tv... it is very irritating...what is...

first try too use a dvd player in the same input. that will tell u if it is your tv or not. if not then thier are some things too change on the dishnetwork as a tech for dish now i'd change out the lnbf (the eyes on the dish) then the cable connected between the tv and the dish reciever but the flickering is called pixlating. if it keeps flickering then it is your tv.

The photos on the frame aapear

You may have to change the screen resolution on the frame if it can be changed. Some frames do not allow a change in this way. If you cannot change the resolution then try changing the size and resolution of the photo's on your camera. You may have to change things several times until you find the best fit. Refer to the manual for the frame on how to change the frames display size and resolution..

I HAVE A SONY VAIO VGN-FJ1S, BOOTS UP, THEN GOES SLOWLY WHITE/?

This problem is related to defective LCD output. You can connect your Laptop to external LCD and check. IF the same problem occures then the on-board LCD is bad. IF not then the LCD itself is bad.
