Question about Televison & Video
This sounds to me like a classic case of the shadow mask slipping inside the tube. You are not going to like what I'm going to tell you, but the tube is now useless - there is NO cure for this apart from buying a second-hand CRT TV. A new tube will cost loads (in fact more than a new TV).
Also, could I suggest in future that you move your own TV? At least if you drop it, you can't blame anyone else (LOL).
