I put my Creative Zen Neon 2 on charge all night, then when i got it in the morning it wouldn't turn off, I reset it and as soon as it was off I turned the power back on it booted up the screen saying "Creative Zen" then it would just stay on that screen and would not go into Music etc.
I have a creative zen v plus and i've looked on youtube for a solution. it shows you how to dismantle your zen and disconnect the battery, then reconnect it. it didn't work for me and i'm still trying to find out how to fix it, but it might work for someone else. and it only takes 5-10 minutes, so, it's worth checking out.
Leave it until it's all charge get dis charge than charge it from your PC it will works then

creative zen neeon 5gb. charged it and whole thing just jammed. says "creative" on screen.
i have the same problem but i have the creative zen v plus and when i put it on the charger the lights blinks but the screen doesn't show up and 2 min on the charger it comes on but stuck on the zen v plus screen what to do......
it just froze on the screen that says creative zen. The battery ran down and i charged same thing .

i plugged it in and then all of a sudden it just stopped working, even when i plug it in
Zen Neon 5 gb Will Charge, and illuminate screen but will not upload music or play music downloaded. Also was able to get radio service for 2 mins then it stopped and can not get it again.
i've got the same problem. i've got creative zen v plus. the reset button worked once, but when i turned my zen on again, and it froze, the reset button didn't work either! it has been frozen for two days now. i dunno what 2 do.
Got the same problem with a V Plus. Frozen, and the reset button does not make a difference.
