Samsung CPL-325 Print Problem

It sounds like the print quality issue you're experiencing with your Samsung CPL-325 printer may be caused by a few different factors. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the problem:
  1. Check the toner cartridges: The first step is to check the toner cartridges to make sure they are not empty or low on toner. If they are, replace them with new cartridges. Additionally, make sure that the toner cartridges are installed properly.
  2. Check the drum unit: The drum unit is responsible for transferring toner to the paper during the printing process. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause faded or streaky print quality. Try cleaning the drum unit with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
  3. Check the paper: Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper for the printer. Using paper that is too thick, too thin, or too glossy can cause print quality issues. Try using high-quality, recommended paper for your printer.
  4. Check the fuser unit: The fuser unit is responsible for fixing the toner to the paper. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause print quality issues. Try cleaning the fuser unit with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
  5. Check the transfer roller: The transfer roller helps transfer toner from the drum unit to the paper. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause print quality issues. Try cleaning the transfer roller with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
  6. Check the print driver settings: Make sure that the print driver settings are configured correctly for the type of paper and print quality you are using. Adjusting the print quality settings may help improve the print quality.

Konica Minolta technical trouble

There could be several reasons why your Konica Minolta 360i machine is producing thin, weak color on one side of the page when printing on A3 paper. Some possible causes include:
  1. Ink or toner levels: Make sure that the ink or toner levels in your machine are sufficient. If the levels are low, you may need to replace the ink or toner cartridges.
  2. Print head: The print head may be dirty or clogged, which can cause weak or uneven color. Try cleaning the print head to see if this resolves the issue.
  3. Paper quality: The quality of the paper you are using could be impacting the print quality. Make sure you are using high-quality paper that is compatible with your machine.
  4. Printer settings: Check the printer settings to make sure they are optimized for the type of paper you are using. You may need to adjust the settings to get the best print quality.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, you may need to seek the assistance of a technician. It is possible that there is a more serious issue with your machine that requires professional repair.

    1. If you are experiencing any issues in the following list, adjust the setting.

      • If the printout has areas of fuzzy or dark print , or toner scatter , increase the fuser temperature setting.

  6. If you are experiencing any issues in the following list, adjust the setting.
    • If the printout has areas of gray shading or a gray background , decrease the print density setting. To do this, slide the bar to the left .
    • If the printout has light, dull or faded areas , increase the print density setting. To do this, slide the bar to the right .
  7. Click Apply , click OK , and then close the Properties window.
  8. Try again to print. If these steps do not resolve the light, dull or faded issue, the print cartridge is almost empty. Skip to Solution eight: Replace the print cartridge .

Maybe you need to clean the drum, blades or the developer roller. Maybe the problem is in the toner you use.

A copy has toner all over the right side on the paper.

Are you mean that toner isnt baked enough? If yes then you have problem with fixing roller bushings.

But if the toner is like printed, change blade and drum.

If the toner is like spiled on copy, vacume and clean the machine

Cleaning a laser printer can solve minor problems, maintain print quality, and prolong periods between professional cleanings. Clean your printer when print quality deteriorates or when you change toner cartridges. Manually Cleaning Inside the Printer Steps: 1. Unplug the printer from the surge suppressor. 2. Remove the internal paper trays. 3. Remove the toner cartridge and place it on a piece of scrap paper. 4. Clean inside the toner cavity with a dry, lint-free cloth and brush (if a brush is supplied with the printer). 5. Clean the printer mirror gently with the brush. Don't touch the mirror if a brush isn't provided. 6. Wipe away dust and spilled toner. Remove paper fragments. 7. Clean the rollers, but don't touch the sponge roller. 8. Replace the toner cartridge. Tips: To remove unfused toner from the rollers following a paper jam, print 5 to 10 blank pages on scrap paper. Wipe toner from clothing if necessary, then immediately wash toner-soiled clothes in cold water. Go to your printer manufacturer's Web site (see Related Sites) for detailed cleaning instructions. Warnings: Don't use any liquid cleaners inside the printer. Initiating Automatic Cleaning Through Printer Software Steps: 1. Open the printer software by double-clicking on a printer icon or specific printer utility program, or opening a document and then selecting Print from the File menu. 2. In the printer software, look for a button labeled Options, Troubleshooting, Toolbox, Printer Utilities or something similar. (This varies by manufacturer.) 3. Follow the instructions on the screen. 4. Repeat the cleaning process if the results aren't satisfactory.
