Question about Kenwood KDC-MP3035 CD Player

The aux input will not work

I hooked it up last night and everything seemed to be working well. When I tried to navigate through the twisted labyrinth of the menu options, however, I could not get the aux input in the back to play. I know the problem has to be that either 1 the aux input doesn't exist in the SRC, or more likely I'm too dense to figure it out.

The instructions are very hard to follow.

You must go back into the menu and turn on aux otherwise the head unit will not recognise the aux devise that you are trying to plug in

BM-700 studio mic not working

I've had many problems with macs and AUX Input before. For some reason, some macs don't accept audio input from AUX. There are some dongles you can get that turn AUX to USB, I used that for my Mac Mini and it worked perfectly. You can find some cheap adapters online, I highly recommend you look up iMic, that's what I used. 4_27_2014_4_22_44_pm.png

A lot of these systems have options for switching off speakers and subs. You should look up the speaker settings options of the Sony. If you have the manual see what it says about connecting an active sub.

The head set won't work on the aux the aux is for an input such as a mp3 player or phone . The tv should have it's own jack it will say headphones or have a picture of headphones on it just plug the headphones into the jack plug and you should get sound

We have tried everything but can not get our DVD player hooked up to our orion tv model stv2750

It could be that you need to change the Audio Video Input to make it work. ON your remote, if there is a button that says... "input" or "AV" or "Aux" or "Source" try changing it. Also, tune your TV to channel 3 or 4 or channel 0. and try each of the inputs... Good luck!

Need a diagram to hook my Bose CinemaT speakers. When I hook it directly to the tv no problem but can't figure out how to hookup my reciever and CD player to work also? Help Please

You'd be better off hooking the speakers to the RECEIVER'S speaker outputs, THEN hooking your TV audio output to an unused receiver input, such as AUX. The signals from your receiver cannot reach the TV; thus your CD player and radio will not play through the speakers if the speakers are hooked to the TV. All receiver INPUTS are designed to accept the same signal level; thus, you can use any input for your TV audio, such as Aux, DVD, CD, etc. Just remember which input you're using for the TV audio, and everything should work fine. Almost all receivers have an AUX input; hopefully yours also has a dedicated CD input to avoid confusion. The you simply select the AUX input to hear your TV through the speakers.
