You will have to call the dealer with the serial number of the radio they have the unlock codes, they might want you to bring it in personally, which should be no problem unless it hot (stolen)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to set the clock on 2003 mercury grand marquis

Push the RDS button on the Radio. The radio display will show "Set hour", then you use "Up and Down" Arrow key on the Radio face to scroll through the numbers. When you get to correct one, hit RDS again. It will lock in the Hour and advance to "Set Minutes" Then use Arrow key again and hit RDS to jump out of routine.

My radio has a RDS and it is locked, how do I get

you would have to get the radio removed and get the serial# and provide the dealership with this # and they should be able to provide you with a code, but first I would check the owners manual for the code if you have it

Need master code for radio in a 2000 ml320

Hi,

Regretfully due to reasons of theft or piracy we do not pass the radio codes here at FixYa. If you contact your local Mercedes-Benz dealer they will give you the 5 digit code. (You must have your registration and know the complete serial number of the radio)
