If the noise lasts about 2 minutes or so in duration then goes away for a while it is associated with the drain pump. The drain pump is located in front just behind the toe panel. If the noise is constant while washing and only stops for a few minutes at a time it is the sump that could be causing it. If it is the drain pump you will need to replace it. Here is how to clean the sump if that is the issue.

Let me know if you want instructions on replacing the drain pump

Will get stuck at end of cycle with loud noise excessive suds.can be draind by intrupting cycle by pressing cancel button

Rinse aids can cause excessive sudsing and interfere with the pump trying to drain. First try washing with out the rinse stuff. You can use a straw to clear out the reservoir. May take a couple of cycles.

Loud grinding clicking noise during the drain cycle

It sounds like your drain pump has failed or has something stuck in it. You didn't specify a make and model so all I can say is that there are several good videos on YouTube about this problem because it's fairly common. Good luck!

My 04 camry is making a noise like liquid being suctioned through a straw. Similar to the noise you hear during a teeth cleaning. It seems to be coming from or near the steering column, and is loudest...

This is possibly the heater core making noise as coolant pump through the system. There may be excessive air within the cooling system creating that noise. This may be signalling coolant loss or if there has been repair/service done recently (water pump, timing belt, radiator, cooling system flush, coolant change) its possible the system wasn't bled properly. Either of this allows air into the system.

Is this in Spin Cycle or wash agitate cycle.

If Spin Cycle then possible Outer Tub Bearing issue. Big job but most DIY types can deal with the repair if you can deal with some down time........but need more info on the issue.

Have a DVD V3500 DVD+VCR player, several years old. Had a power outage last night, now get a high pitched whine on the left side when I plug the AC power in. When it is plugged in get no power/functions.

You will probably need to replace the thing causing the noise for a start. Use a straw if you can't pinpoint which part is making it. Place the drinking straw to your ear, the ones that have a bend in them are best for this job.

I have a maytag washier and it is working but it makes a lot of noise -it sounds like jam Model number is MAV2755AWW Serial number is 27422854JT

Your Maytag washer may vibrate or make some noise during normal operation. If vibration and noise are excessive, however, you'll need to troubleshoot the problem. The two main reasons for such an issue are overloading and nonlevel installation. Overloading can be corrected by putting less clothing into the washer before you run a cycle. It can be corrected mid-cycle by removing clothing articles from the washer mid-cycle. It's also very important that you make sure that your washer is located on a firm, completely level surface. Otherwise it may create severe vibration and noise, possibly even enough to damage the machine or nearby items.

Maytag Neptune Front Door Load, Problem

Hello Yery1975

You said, you have a situation with my washer machine (Maytag Neptune front loader). It was making the noise several times as latching the door, then if would go off and you could not open the door, You found the under soap deposit cord but the situation is not opening the door or no, it is getting he machine to work. Whichever cycle you press, the door makes the locking noise several times, sometimes the door can not be opened and the lock door light is off, the thing is that whichever cycle you try the numbers on the electronic pad would go down several numbers and then it will again make the door locking noise and will stop there, the start button begins flashing and the machine does not wash at all on any cycle, neither it spins or rinses. Can you please, please, help me? Ohooo... some times after trying and trying get the FL code... you have tried keeping it disconnected from the electricity for long periods, plugging it back and all you can think off.... but nothing!!!

You did the right thing

The Maytag Neptune had a lot of very different defects that Maytag was, and is aware of still.
That is why they discontinued that model .
But if you call Maytag service this time, you may find that it will be one of those defects in their design and an authorized Maytag person will recognize which fault is taking place.
perhaps they may cover the parts if you bring it to their attention.

Thank You

Cyan ink won't print

Dear Sir/madam,

My recipe for print head cleaning:

1. Soak the print head in distilled water until it is very clear. Use a small plastic container that did not contain any chemicals in it before procedure. Single use containers should be used.
2. Leave the head in distilled water solution for 24hrs. Make sure water level covers ink inlet ports too.
3. Change distilled water in the container and heat it to degrees 40-50C. Too hot can damage the dead so make sure to not overheat the water. When the water is ready submerge the head into the container for 15mins or so. Make at least 4 cleaning cycles this way.
4. Put a coffee filter on the table, underneath the coffee filter put 3 - 4 sheets of paper towel to absorb the cleaning solution.
5. Put the print head on the coffee filter and get some soda straws (they are ideal for ink ports on pixma printers) remove rubber padding around ink ports on the print head by using some instrument as tweezers. Recommended way is to submerge the head into distilled water because rubber padding can be removed easily without friction in water. Now when you are ready connect each soda straw to every ink port.
6. Make a cleaning solution by using few drops of ammonia solution and distilled water. For example 2ml of ammonia and 19ml of water in a 20ml syringe. Mix the solution by shaking the syringe.
7. Fill the soda straws with cleaning solution. If you get air pockets in the straws use another 20ml syringe to connect and force air trough the straws until there are no more air pockets and solution level is decreasing in the straws. Take some patience the method is slow but well worth it. The solution should decrease faster as more nozzles are cleared. Don’t hesitate to use the empty syringe to force some air trough the nozzles if you get air stuck when filling the straws.
8. Finish the cleaning by injecting pure distilled water and by submerging the print head into distilled water for 15mins. Then blow the ports with air using a syringe with a soda straw.
9. Clean the gold contacts on the head with some isopropyl alcohol and then immediately install into printer and perform 2 to 5 cleaning cycles or some deep cleaning to prime the head, and then print some purge pages. Now you can print nozzle check to see how well the cleaning unclogged the nozzles.
