Take it off flywheel. Leave the pulley in it. Wind it up all of the way and line the hole up with the rope slop and take a c clamp or vise grips and clamp it to make it easier to hold pressure. Take the small screw out with the washer looks like a D shape groove. Take the old rope cut it back to where its fresh rope. Take a lighter and burn it to make it stiff and small. feedit through the shield and pulley, might need small hook or tweezers. Pull it on through spin the rope around the D shape groove to where it fills all in. Put the screw back in and that will hold rope. then take clamp off. It should pull in real quick and strong.
