hi all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to tell you how to change the message center number to the correct number they wont charge for telling you this but it will solve your problem.
Also ask them to send you the correct mms and internet settings to your phone also, they wont charge for this and they send the settings via a text message, this message will update your phone to the correct settings and doing this will solve any problems you have.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
Verizon Wireless has alot of problems with MMS sending. Usually this occours when the recieving party is using another carrier. Its not your phone its the Verizon network. I have Verizon and alot of the MMSs that I send seem to be lost in the MMS limbo as well.
You have to contact your network operator to get your GPRS activated. If already activated, then proper MMS setting have to be defined in your mobile. If your mobile model is a standardised model then you will receive the settings automatically from your network operator. Or else you have to define the MMS profile manually be getting manual settings from your network operator. Then you can send MMS using this profile provided MMS is already activated for your mobile number.
since it is a MMS service, so hav to save its settings,i.e. mms settings on your phone. for that you hav to contact your customer care executive and ask him for mms settings, he will tell u the right keywords for it. then u will recieve your mms settings, then u can send or recieve the pictures or videos..... it will help you.....
what you need to do is get in touch with your service provider by phone or look on their website as you need to put the settings back for your network so phone would be best option. To get mms settings either go to your providers website and send them yourself or ring them up and they can send them to you via text message witch will update your phone correctly but first ring them up and get your network settings correct so you can get signal back on your phone ok once you get signal back post back or goto your providers website and send the correct settings to your phone.
The problem you have is you have changed something on the phone so it is searching for different network than your sim card you need to change this back so depending on your phone their is a way of doing this calling your service provider will sort this for you ok
Ill have a look for you but might not be able to get info you need as these settings are really hard to get right but i need to know what make and model is your phone
