Question about Dell 1720dn Laser Printer
Hi. i just reconnected my dell 1720 printer and the error light is on. can't get it to go off and can't get it to print. help!
You have to check couple things in this case.
Ensure that the printer cover is closed.
The imaging drum is approaching full and needs to be replaced. Order a new imaging drum.
