You do not have problem with Opticale divice this problem is cable only
just folow the step
1 open your CPU case
2 cahck your opticale divece it's ID cable or SATA
3 after that go for a new cable and change that acble which is conacted to motherbord
then try it will work

Hi billpaso. If you can't see your optical drives (CD/DVD Drives/Writers) in My
Computer, then this tutorial will help you:
1. Open regedit and goto:
2. Delete "UpperFilters" and "LowerFilters"keys in right-side pane.
3. Restart the system and now you should have access to your optical drives.
