Did you remember to take the crystals out of the old receiver and put them in the new one?

1) Return it.

2) It sounds like you have shorted the speaker wires. Redo the wiring ... and pay attention to your owners manual this time.

Mouse not clickking

Try the mouse (and its wireless receiver) on another computer.
If it still will not "click", then the hardware inside the mouse is the problem, and you will need to repair/replace the mouse.

When I turn up the volume the receiver shuts down

You should first chech out all the speaker wires, the connections on back of the reciver, and on the speakers and make sure there are no little strands touching. If all thats good , disconnect all the speakers and see if the reciver still shuts down. If it does not, then there is a problem with the wiring or the speakers. If it does still shut down, im sorry to say that the move must have joggled something and there is a problem in the unit. Unfortantly, these are solid state units and have no user replaceable parts inside. It may not be worth repair due to the high cost these days for labor, but for sure see how much an estimate would be first. Good Luck Ps Please dont forget to rate this thread
