Mitch to re-install your OS you must have the OS CD/DVD. If you have then follow these steps:

1). Insert your CD/DVD in drive and boot and see on the screen
....there will be message ..Press any key to boot from CD... then press any key
.... Your system will boot from CD and setup will start.
2). Just follow the on screen instructions.

if any problem occurs... Ask me

Thanks

Install the Drivers that are compatible with your current Operating System. If the drivers available with you are suitable for only Windows XP Operating System and you are installing them on a Windows Vista Platform in your computer then the compatibility problems will arise. If you are using a high end or a new version of the operating system download the drivers that are compatible with your Operating System.

Error loading operating system

You have to re-install your Operating System. You have significantly changed the controllers of the mainboard (from ASUS to GIGABYTE) and therefore all of the device drivers and controllers etc that are loaded into your OS are for the ASUS board.

You can get away with no OS reinstall only if you change the same brand of mainbaord, even then its not always 100% compatible.
