As long as you have a wireless network, you go to settings on your ipod and then click on Wi-Fi select your home wifi network and then put in your wifi network password and you will be able to connect. But prior to this you will have to charge it via your supplied usb cable and also update your ipod to the latest updates via itunes.
Hope this helps.

Your TV has a SCART socket. So you can use anything from a plain "receive only" Sky box through to the recording HD boxes. As long as the box also has a SCART socket then the TV and box can be connected.

If you take a box abroad with you to leave there permanently then you'll need to think about what kind of contract (if any) you want. A Sky box without a viewing card will let you watch a broadly similar range of channels to Freeview in the UK. There's a useful comparison guide here:

Used Sky boxes are available cheap from Gum and the Facebook selling pages, or have a look in your local classifieds.

If you buy a recorder box, remember that the recording and Live Pause features are only available with a Sky subscription. They don't work with an expired viewing card or no viewing card at all. If you think you'd like to record programmes while abroad then consider a Freesat PVR instead. It will cost more in the short term, but you will have the same kind of functions as a Sky recorder box.

One other option is TV via the net. There's a device called Slingbox. It uses the internet to port your home's Sky box signal to you somewhere else in the world. You don't bother with a second Sky box, just add a Slingbox digitiser to the home Sky box and connect it to your internet service. In Spain, you have a Slingbox receiver connected to the internet and your TV. What you've then got is control of the UK Sky box, and those signals sent to you in Spain via a web connection. You operate the Sky box in the same way you would at home. The difference is that the TV is 1500 miles away.

Slingbox relies on you having a decent internet service in Spain. That might not be practical, or possible, or even desirable. But if you want to have your full Sky package in a second location without forking out for a whole year's subscription then it is one solution that wiorks.

Hi. Check that all cables are connected properly (internet cable to the internet, computers to port 1 and 2) then unplug the power for more than 10 seconds then plug it again wait about 20 second then push the button on the front with cisco logo on it and then wait until will stop to flash. Belkin G wireless Router

Do you have an all-in-one router from Comcast? For example, do you have the cable (RF) line and your PC plugged into the Comcast router? If so, unplug your PC from the Comcast router and connect the Internet port of the Belkin to the ethernet port on the Comcast router. Then plug your PC into the LAN port on your Belkin.

[PC] ---> [Belkin] ---> [Comcast] ---> Internet

Once you have connected your boxes as displayed above, you will need to power everything off and bring up the boxes in the following order:

Comcast (wait 60 seconds)
Belkin (wait 60 seconds)

If you cannot get out to the internet, momentarily press the reset button on the back of the Comcast box. Comcast routers are weird. A poweroff should reset the router but I have seen a few times where nothing works until the reset button is pressed (this is also recommended by Comcast).

I hope this helps.

Computer slow won.t go online and would like to know how to bring the compaq presario down to clean it out like i can to my dell with sysmatic

First, click start then click control panel. Second, click on Network/Internet or Internet Options. Third, click on the bookmark tab called Connections this will bring up a window called Internet Properties. Forth, from the Internet Properties box, look towards the bottom and you should see a box called LAN Settins (Local Area Network), click on it and another new window will open which will be your LAN Settings. Check the box that say Automatically Detect Settings and make sure all other boxes are unchecked. Fifth, click ok, and exit out all windows. Restart your computer and try to go online. If you have a restore disk that came with your computer then I would use it first and see what happens and then do like I said in the above
