Question about HP LaserJet 3330 All-In-One Printer
Sounds like you have a software or driver conflict. Go to hp.com Support & Drivers and check to make sure you have the correct driver for Vista. Even if you do, try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.
Also, while at hp, check for the latest Firmware update. Go to the printers menu and scroll to INFORMATION (or REPORTS). Select that sub-menu, then scroll to PRINT CONFIGURATION PAGE. Select thi and print out the page. Look for what is beside Firmware Datecode. If it is older than what is on the hp website, print out the instructions for installing the update.
