Most horizontal 4 stroke engines have them on the bottom next to the crank/output shaft that the blade rides on. Tip the mower on it's side and look under it. You should be able to see the bottom of the engine. If it's full of grass/dirt, brush it off. You should see the drain plug.

I WANT TO DRAIN THE ENG.OIL.WHERE IS THE ENG.OIL PLUG?

On the Softail, the engine oil drain hose comes off the backside of the horseshoe oil tank down at the bottom on the right side of the bike. It runs down behind the transmission and comes back out on the top side of the frame down below the chrome end cap of the transmission on the right side. On earlier models, there is a metal plug that plugs the hose and on later models, the hose plugs onto a crossmember of the frame. The drain plug is on the underside of the crossmember. The drain is low on the frame behind the exhaust pipes.

Where is oil drain plug on a 92 electragide w/90 cubic inch motor

The engine oil drain plug is on the bottom of the transmission. There may be two drain plugs. Usually the drain nearest the left front corner of the pan is the engine oil drain but Harley moves them around so much that it's difficult to remember just which plug is which on every year and model.

Where is the transmission drain plug

I'm not really sure on this late of a model. The drain is on the bottom of the transmission and I think it's a pipe plug on the front of the transmission oil pan. The earlier models that I work on had a drain plug that looked exactly like the engine oil drain plug that was also on the bottom of the oil pan. Many a transmission has been drained thinking it was the engine oil drain. Go to this site and look at the picture of the transmission housing. http://www.bikebandit.com/2008-harley-davidson-touring-street-glide-flhx/o/m18635#sch624765 Pay particular attention to the oil pan gasket at the front of the pan. Notice the hole in the gasket directly above the socket head pipe plug, part #96. This looks like the transmission drain to me.

Location for engine oil drain plug and where is the plug to drain the transsmission 200 fxstd deuce

The oil drain for the engine oil is a hose that comes off the lower backside of the oil tank on the right side of the bike. It goes down behind the transmission and comes out on the frame down low on the swingarm about where the rear end of the shocks connect. It has a plug in the end of the hose. On some of the later models, this hose connects to a crossmember on the frame with the plug directly on the underside of the hose where it connects. The transmission oil drain is a small pipe plug, 1/8" pipe plug, on the end of the transmission just below the chrome release mechanism housing behind the exhaust system. It takes a Torx key to remove the plug. The transmission holds 20-24 ounces of H-D Syn3 20W50 synthetic engine oil.

Where is the oil drain plug on the 88 c.i.H.D.2003

On all Softail models, look along the bottom of the oil tank from the right side of the bike. You'll see a line or hose going downward towards the transmission. Usually, unless the changed something, the line will come out along the frame down below and behind the transmission. There will be a plug in the end of the line. Remove the plug to drain the oil.

Undid a plug that i thought was the oil drain pluc a pink substance came out what was it? where is the oil drain plug?

A pink substance? How much and what plug did you remove?

The oil tank for your FLH should be on the bottom of the transmission. Although I'm not familiar with the last several year models of bikes, this has always been the location of the oil tank since the early '90's on this model.

When you look at the bottom of the transmission you'll see two drain plugs. The one in the center of the pan is the transmission drain plug. The one at the left front corner is the oil drain plug.

Where is the oil drain plug for a craftsman mower model 917376460

The drain plug is underneath the mower where the blade is. pull the spark plug wire, take the blade off, then take a 3/8" ratchet with small extension and you should find a plug in the bottom of the engine to take out and drain the oil.
Make sure when you fill it back up it should only take 20 ozs. of oil to fill it back up.

Oil Leak

Need model and serial number off this unit in order to proceed.

However, if it is a KY model, with an about 2" cover underneath. That cover is blocking the oil drain plug. It is possible that the oil drain plug is leaking. Remove and drain oil into pan. Clean the plug and add plumbers tape to the plug and install. Then fill the unit back up with oil.
