Question about RCA Thumbdrive Player (256MB) MP3 Player
Jumps from track to track........It was almost full when this started. When I try to Open the Portable Devise Option on Music Match to delete some of the programs. Can't see any of the programs. Checked task manager...says Portal Devise Not Responding,,,I have to end program. Frozen up. Is there a way to Reset Mp3 player? Or format it?
Well Robert, the main solution to this is the firmware. You need to set the MP3 player on to "Disk Mode" and check for any corrupted files or additional files that you didn't install originally. Like I tell all my clients, It's not whats added to the MP3 player, it's whats taken away. If you can't seem to find your original firmware onto your MP3 device, you need to install a new one, or check for additional firmware that you didn't install. Try backing up all your files before you attempt to install any new firmware onto your MP3 device.
