Hi! I own a Frigidaire FGF316ASA stove. The odor of gas is coming from the left rear eye/pilot. I have call my gas company to see if they could find where leak is. Technician measured gas leak with some sorta of device. Had a probe and a digital readout of the amount of gas is present. I was told that odor was coming from left rear eye/pilot. He called it a "nuisance" leak. Not enough to warrant shutting gas off completely from home. How can I repair? Should repair be made by a professional? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Turn the breaker to the stove off for one minute, reset time and everything should work just fine. It worked for me.

Is the oven working now? test to see if the broiler is working too....if broiler working and oven not you need to replace the ignitor http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-fgf316-%3d%3di12872&PartID=12872 normally when an igniter gets old it will take a little longer to ignite the gas hence the gas smell.

the previous owner was on lp gas, you are on natural gas. the orfice ratings are different. call a professional to convert the range back to natural gas.
