Question about Zenith R45W46 45" Rear Projection Television
It's a nicer way of saying, "Hey, want to buy a worn-out broken down tv for $25?"
At that price it means that you'll be spending a huge amount more on spare parts and labour charges than you did for the tv, assuming that it IS actually repairable. In working order the tv is worth a lot more, so if it's so easy to fix why hasn't the seller done so?
Zenith is a no-name brand with no spares support and so any spares you do find are likely to be even more expensive than usual. The Zenith R45w46 was discontinued about six years ago, and very few rear projection sets last longer than four to five years before they're worn out anyway. In any case, rear projection technology has always been an unreliable dead-end technology
Steer clear of this. It's likely to be a pile of junk and even in full working order it won't be very good.
