Depends what you mean by calibrate. If you mean affect adjustment - no, this is not possible. If you mean test the device for accuracy, then the answer is yes. All good quality home use Blood Pressure Monitors (BPM), should meet international standards, typically this is an accuracy of +/- 3 mmHg. To have a BPM checked for accuracy you should take it to an authorised reseller. Typically this should be done every two years.

There are 3 major things, Systolic/Diastolic and Pulse. You want the numbers to be 120/80/varies...... anything outside this is considered an alert and should be brought to your Dr's attention
