Question about Dell Computers & Internet
HI jaygangaji. You can find all the drivers for your laptop or desktop at dell's website www.dell.com under support and drivers. The only thing is that you have to get another computer (because probably you dont have the ethernet drivers installed) and download those drivers to a jumpdrive. And then connect the jumpdrive to the laptop (it will recognize) and install it from there. If you want you can make a CD with those drivers. Probably you will see many drivers for the same device or different ethernet devices for your model, you just have to try them all until you get the right one. I hope this helps and please dont forget to rate and provide positive feedback for our fast-free support today. Thank you :D

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
