What is causing loud motor noise?

Probable oil pump failure. The dipstick is showing that the sump is full but that oil is not circulating through the engine.

My grand Cherokee had the fan clutch replaced

If the replacement fan clutch is the correct fan clutch for the vehicle, you are probably just hearing the normal noise from the fan that could not be heard with the original fan because the original fan was not working.

Started engine, heard a grinding noise & smoke

Sounds like one of the accessory pulleys locked up and smoked the serpentine belt. The air conditioning pump would be my first suspect, but grab all the pulleys and turn them. The problem pulley will probably be discolored, and have belt residue on or near it.

Make noise not all the time but squiky the noise com fron the alternator scho 2000 automatic., Noise some times stars when air condtioned is on or fan on

Are you in a state where it gets pretty cold in winter? You may have a component in the belt system about to seize up.That happened to me when I lived in NY.I heard a squeak for a while, then 1 day the belt broke.I replaced it,drove about 10 miles and it broke again. My a/ccompressor had seized. You may just need a belt but if you are going to self-repair,draw a diagram of the belt loops and after you take off the belt, turn all components and they should turn slightly freely, yet still kind of difficult, sorry it is hard to explain though.Inspect your belt for many small, slightly widening cracks,or larger cracks,or fraying on the edges. You will not be able to turn the engine belt drive.Good luck! It depends on what you paid for it.I checked out Oreck and they had no free downloads available for anything. Here is their customer service though to find out about parts, diagrams, etc. Some places will not sell parts to consumers, some will. Here is the link.

Wire Scraping sound and sparks inside rear dryer drum area.

Probably the rear bearing has failed and caused the drum to rub against the heating element. Hey, is this the guy that said he heard a noise last month? LOL
