My wife and I have identical Samsung GT S5230 phones. Both will pair with my Kia Ceed bluetooth. The head unit will accept 5 devices but both will not connect with the unit at the same time meaning we...

the issue with Bluetooth connections is that with two headsets and two phones, you have to have your firmware set up to handle ONLY ONE set per phone. This means that if you set it to ONLY accept YOUR headset on your phone, it should work regardless of any other Bluetooth capable devices in range. If there are two possible devices in range and the phone is set to accept either one, it does not know where to send the signal -- and as a security feature, it turns the Bluetooth off so in a crowd no one can use your phone, or listen in on your conversations.
Setting your Bluetooth to accept only one device (being your headset) should allow you to work in the car next to your wife, but will also limit you on which headset you can use -- if you accidentally grab your wife's headset as you are out the door on your way to work, it will not function until you open the channel again. I am not even sure if every Bluetooth capable phone has a function to limit their connectivity, but if this issue is bothering you a lot it might be worth a look in your Bluetooth settings).
Just as a test, and because it sparked my curiosity, I recommend trying this:
Be out of range for your wife's headset and make a phone call on your headset to someone who is willing to hold on the line while you do this. Then, while you are connected with your Bluetooth to your friend, sit in your car with your wife and her phone and Bluetooth. The connection to the headset on your phone should be locked in place from the beginning of the phone call, and so it should not cut out when your wife's Bluetooth headset comes into range of your phone. While this conversation with your friend is still going on on your headset, have your wife make a call on her headset if she can. Because there is only one Bluetooth device available (since yours is in use) she should be able to make the connection with her phone, in spite of it being in proximity to yours. Finally ... hang up your phone, and have your wife do the same. With both phones inactive, try placing a call from the Bluetooth on one of the phones -- the system may set your headset as the default device for your phone, and your wife's would do the same, and the issue should be rectified.
I make no guarantees that this will work ... I am not all that familiar with the complexities of the Bluetooth wireless system and whether or not you can set the system this way, but it is worth a shot. The system may be designed to prevent this type of back door approach, but it would seem reasonable that it could work. Best of luck to you!

How do you bluetooth music to another phone

There is a specific Bluetooth profile to transfer music and both phones must have it. Just because it has Bluetooth does not mean it has this specific profile.

I want to transfer my files from pc to mobile via bluetooth

If you want to transfer files from pc to the mobile device. Make sure the pc has a bluetooth turn on. Most of the laptops have a built in bluetooh , but for desktop computers you need to purchase a bluetooth adapter.
Once you have the bluetooh turn ON on your computer. Turn on the bluetooh on your mobile device.

From your computer. Right click on the file that you want to transfer and select send to bluetooth. Click on search for bluetooth device and then select the name of your cellphone ( or name you assigned for the bluetooth on your cellphone)Once you click the name, just go next . You will get a message saying accept bluetooh file on your cellphone, just accept the file and your done.

How to install games to motorola c650

hi there,

You can download ganes to you phone through different methods like: Over-the-Air (OTA), Infrared (IR), Bluetooth and Cable

1. For uploading through OTA: make sure your wap is well configured and working (each operator has different settings). Enter the .jad url of the game (URL of jad can be found below), then the phone will automatically download the .jad file. After the .jad file is downloaded you will be prompted to confirm the downloading of the .jar file. If you press yes then you can download the file and install the game. Volia! In general you should make sure that the .jar file will fit on your phone. Some devices like Nokia Series 40 (MIDP1) limit the .jar size to 64k, others will limit it to under 100k. Also most devices have a low limitation on the size of all games (midlets) installed, so you should always check the available memory and in some cases remove any old unused games. We have taken the limitation of each device into consideration and there's nothing to worry about here.

2. For uploading through Infrared: First you should get an IRDA peripheral and connect it to your PC. It's usually a USB device. Connect it and install the software.
Now there are two cases:
a. either your phone supports IRDA directly and in such case it's sufficient to upload the .jar file to your phone by right clicking on the file and use 'Send to' menu. Note that you should configure IRDA properly to connect to the phone. We are using the following configuration for SigmaTel USB-IRDA: "Infrared Transiver Type": SigmaTel 4000, "Min. Turn-Around Time": 1.0ms, "Speed Enable": 115200.
b. or your phone doesn't support IRDA directly but has IR. In such case you should use your manufactorer software like Nokia PC Suite.
3. For uploading through Bluetooth: Usually this is faster and easier than Infrared. Install your Bluetooth usb device. Right click on the .jar file and select the menu 'bluetooth device' inside 'send to'. You can also pair your device with your computer to make things faster. Once the .jar file is on your phone then you can install it
4. For uploading through cable: some phones don't have neither Infrared nor bluetooth support. You can use the manufactorer cable and connect it your PC (either USB cable or com cable). In such case you should also use a dedicated software for uploading files to your device

Please use the below mentioned link to find games.

Bluetooth

Hey, great to hear you got it to work.

I don't like sending big files over bluetooth, in my personal experience when sending a 2mb video
from my phone to another device the transfer took around 2 minutes. not sure what the speed is there but it can't be too fast..

I would suggest you transfer the file with cable or if your phone has a storage card, use a card reader to transfer the file easyly.

also in your premium here
http://www.fixya.com/support/t1198027-bluetooth

do you still see my solution? I would really appriciate it if you could accept my solution, but make sure you accept the correct solution, sometimes people somehow manage to accept a solution by another expert. So make sure when you accept that your accepting me, (ekse).

also if you need further help just add a comment on this page and Il answer the best I can.

Thanks,
