Hi maeormaenot, Did you try downloading the latest audio drivers from the manufacture's website? Also you might try using Windows System File Checker (Start- Run - "sfc /scannow" - not quotes), you have to gave the Windows CD inserted. If that doenst work use the System Restore (Start- All programs- Accessories- System tools - System restore) and go back to a date before you had this problem. Please keep in mind that you might loose any software installation you did - you will not loose your files. Also you can run an AV (i recommend Avira Antivirus - www.free-av.com, you have to uninstall your current one.) to make sure you dont have any virus.I hope this helps. Please dont forget to rate and provide positive feedback for our fast-free support today. Thank you :D

Wotcha, i've just taken amp out of storage, has'nt been used for a while cant get volume to work properly the sound goes from speaker to speaker and up and down in volume whilst crackeling a lot as...

One way of proving it ISN'T the amp circuitry is to remove the pre-main jumpers and jack in a source that has its own volume control (or try a CD that starts really low) because this bypasses ALL the amps controls. If it sounds ok (albeit LOUD) I'd suspect oxidized contacts on the controls. Turn it off and vigorously operate all controls a zillion times to wear through it. In mosty cases it's the unused controls that fail because they never get wiped. Maybe a shot of contact cleaner on those you can access.

The volume has suddenly become very low and buzzy.I can turn it all the way up and it's still quite low. However the tuner FM works absolutley fine through the speakers. The dvd and audio input jacks however...

You need to A) define the hardware; B) consider what is common to the external inputs that could possibly affect their volume. Speakers are common to everything and have no way of knowing what the source is, so forget about them.

Look at every control and indicator. Understand what the mean and do. Lower the volume to something reasonable before flipping any switch you dont understand.

Need more volume on computer speakers

Buy yourself some stand alone speakers, a base & two side speakers, they cheap these days, base speaker has buit in amplifier & plugs into mains, or get surround sound 5speakers & a base, again mains powered, loud enough to annoy neighbours on full. Built in monitor speakers are renowned feeble tinny sounds. Right click speaker icon, bottom right, on your desktop toolbar, open volume control, ensure volume sliders set to max.

The sound has quite working

First, NEVER turn the volume all the way up to see what's wrong. If HALF volume doesn't work you're only risking a catastrophic speaker blowout if you should suddenly flick the switch that's causing the problem with FULL volume on.

Look for the MUTE or Volume +/- controls on the remote and indicators.

My speakers on my Dell computer quit working.

1) check audio driver is installed in system or not it may have some one remove audio driver.
2)If driver installed check volume is not mute.
3)If all thing is ok check speaker in another system by connecting it.
4) If spk is working in another system. it means sound card of that system is faulty.

The LED didn't turn on ,indicate the DC pwr was missing , you need to ensure there is a Dc supply to the speaker unit, once you got the LED on you will be able to control the volum.
