If the unit is losing refrigerant then the only place it can go is a leak. They just haven't found it.

The freon system is a sealed system. If the "Gas" keeps depleating, there has to be a leak. no question. If a tech is searching for a leak, request that he use dye in the system. This will show any leak in the system.

The compressor is running but no cold air

Hello there, when the compressor works fine and everything works just fine then the problem is the gas which is inside the compressor. The gas is often referred to as refrigerant and differs from unit to unit after extensive use the refrigerant reduces and with time the unit stops cooling. Although the refrigerant levels could have dropped due to a leakage in the pipe system. Simply get an expert to determine the kind of gas and get the compressor refilled this should sort the problem out also get the expert to check if there are any leakages and get them plugged.

I found some oil linkages around the fuel pump is that from the pump its self or gasket

Usually observing the dripped fluid on the ground as first encounter to acquire if is gasoline leak or oil leakage. A gasoline leakage should have been caused due to overpump at the gas station. Second, a leak from the engine if is antifreeze overflow because of over filling the hydrant with water causes overflow when AC is turned on for the first time. Third, the engine oil would dispense when too much was put in container. The reason is as vehicle precaustion, else the car would not start due to too much oil lubricant. Perform a vehicles fliud levels inpsection to acquire if any require refill due to the leakage. Alternatively, if any requires reducing for example, a mechanic would determine how to dispense the old fliuds in replacement of new oils. The vehicle should perform better. Usually changing fliuds causes efffecient engine performance, least heating, AC cooling capacity, and least polutant generation like air or gasoline leakages.

My toyota altis 2002 1.6E is using up oil, almost every month we need to put a liter of oil. what could possibly cause it?

if this car has more than 100,000 miles, try switching the motor oil to a "high mileage" formula oil. this can reduce oil leakage, and reduce oil burnoff.

My air is not running correct.. blowing hot air out.. what can we do to fix this problem

hi

this may be because following reasons.

1. you might have kept the temperature selection switch in heater please check it.
2.there may be leak in the AC line which might have drained the refrigirant so no cooling effect.check the line for leakage.
3.the refrigirant used may be less which doesnt give much cooling effect.
4.the cooling fan which cools the refrigirant may not working or speed is reduced which may reduces the heat transfer rate
