Problem for Kyocera CS-2050 Black and White Copier
Bypass tray
I have had my 2050 for just a few hours and attempted to use the side bypass tray for an envelope. The roller doesn't even get close to the paper and so there is a paper jam error even though the paper never fed in. The only way I could clear the message was to power the whole thing down. Now I have photographs to print and I'm reticent to try. Any advice? I certainly could use it!
