If the phone keeps rebooting do the following:
Remove all simcards. Switch on the phone and type the following code: *2767*3855#
Follow instructions as it will do a total reset of the phone.
Don't use any OPTUS sim cards in the phone. Apparently these cause a problem.
I tried this and had success for a while. The phone started playing up again, but I am going to try it for the second time, and this time I am going to leave out the memory card. Apparently, having a large memory card can also cause this problem.
