Wifi is unstable on my android tv box, all other devices work fine

Try to activate a second option on your wifi router, normally these days they come with 2 types, one is the normal 2.4 Mhz and the new one is 5 Mhz, you have to make sure that your Android TV box can operate on this wavelength too. Once verified try to connect to this one. On the other hand if you can't connect to your router then I might advise you to get a WIFI amplifier, they work really well.

Help, connection fails from wifi, after walking away from the wifi box

All WiFi "boxes", called WiFi routers, have a limited reach. That reach can be limited, when you are in a building with concrete walls and steel plating. But even when you have a free sight tot the router the range can be limited to 25 or 50 meters. Although manufactures say up to . Be aware other rower working on the same frequency, close to you also will limit the range of operation.

As far as I am aware, a youview box has to be hardwired via ethernet or ethernet over homeplug to work. Not a lot of help, but there you are.

My NEXTBOOK tablet won't connect to the wi-fi. Keeps saying "obtaining IP address"

Something could be getting in the way of the connection or your ip number may not be working. see if it will allow you to enter the ip address which should be located on your wifi box.

1. Go to Settings > Connections > Connections > advanced tab >
On the top half, for select networks to automatically used, click "select networks"

This will return you to the network management settings,

Note: Besides the above steps to select networks, you can ignore the "dialing rules" and "exceptions" boxes alone...

Wifi button won't work When I depress the wifi button it stays orange instead of turning blue.

Look by the clock.. on the start bar for a icon to conect

open it and makesure its on,, and then conect to you WIFI, try reseting your wifi router, try reseting your internet box

If you already know how to do all that with no luck,
check the drivers for the wifi card

Its ether not conected to a network, lost driver, wrong network setings or bad wifi card.

My Archos 605 WiFi will not always switch my NTL (Samsung) set top box on to make a scheduled recording. It will however change it to the correct channel if the box is left switched on and make the...

I have partly solved the problem by leaving the box switched on (any channel) then when the programme is about to record Archos 606 WiFi will switch the cable box to the correct channel and record. It will not however turn the box off after recording this has to be done manually using the remote handset.
In the instruction manual for the Archos docking station there is a footnote saying that in very rare cases the On/Off function does not always work and I am wondering if the Samsung (NTL) Box is one of them. I cannot get a direct answer from Archos support team on this issue when I have sent numerous E-mails. According to the manual I am working on the correct code number for the Samsung (NTL) box.
