Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Bounces all over floor
You need to level the machine and then run the jamb nuts located between the feet and base of the machine tight against the bottom of the unit or they will turn and un-level the machine when you use it

it may be level but if the feet are not adjusted to be tight to the floor this will cause it to walk so try adjusting the feet then lock the locking nut I am sure you will find 2 that are not adjusted tight enough.

It is the dampers on the underside of the drum that have failed.
There are normally 2 dampers.
Bit like shock absorbers
If one or both fail the machine will try to go into orbit !
